I love to cook and love to eat even more.

An old Italian man once told me that the secret to a good life is to:
“Eat, Drink, and be Fat and Drunk.”
May not be a long life, but it could be fun.

I was fortunate enough to spend a school year learning some of the craft from Executive Chef
Bill Weiland who, among other things, founded the Culinary Arts Program at Santa Fe Community College. It was he who opened my eyes that cooking is really nothing more than reaction chemistry and thermodynamics in disguise. That totally changed how I approach the kitchen today.
